It has been a busy week with the children engaging with the year 2 curriculum. The children have been focusing on place value in mathematics and exploring a warning tale in English lessons. The week ended with a pupil telling the class about their experience with the Reading Robin. The children also spent time discussing their strengths. It was great to discover I have children who are good at writing, science, mathematics, art, martial arts and gymnastics. What a wonderful talented class!
